Dear Students!
For 11 years, you have been receiving fundamental knowledge at school across different subjects, learning about their practical applications, and understanding their role in the development of science, technology, and society. At the next stage, you will face a very important and responsible step — choosing a profession. Essentially, this is a choice of a life path on which you must realize yourself as a personality.
On this path, you will encounter both achievements and challenges. However, it is precisely modern professional training, determination, and perseverance that will help you overcome obstacles and achieve significant results. The Career Olympiad has been created to help you with this: to identify your professional interests, choose a university, and receive support on the way to your future profession.
The IDEA of the Olympiad
The main idea of the Olympiad is to contribute to the development of the human resource potential of the countries of Central Asia and the South Caucasus as an important part of the international megaproject “One Belt — One Road.” This strategic logistics route connects the countries of Southeast Asia and Europe. In the past, it was known as the Great Silk Road and later as the Middle or Trans-Caspian Corridor.
The effective implementation of this project is impossible without specialists capable of designing and creating high-tech infrastructure and ensuring its reliable and safe operation. The formation of such specialists begins at school.
Therefore, the goals of our Olympiad are:
- To identify talented and motivated school students who wish to receive a quality university education.
- To assist in the conscious choice of a profession that meets the challenges of the 21st century.
- To provide scholarship support during the study period.
Geography of the Olympiad
The Olympiad is planned to take place in the countries located along the Silk Road – Trans-Caspian route: Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and Russia.
In each country, national representations of the Olympiad will be established.

This work is carried out in close cooperation with partner universities that take part in all stages of preparation and implementation of the Olympiad. The winners, prize-winners, and participants of the Olympiad are awarded scholarships and grants from our partners and the Olympiad Scholarship Fund.
