2.1. Registration is mandatory and is carried out on the official portal: https://www.careerolympiads.com/en/

2.2. Each participant independently creates a login and password to access their personal account.

2.3. After registration, the participant receives in their account:
• Instructions for participation in the Olympiad;
• Access to training sessions;
• Access to the Virtual Tutor;
• Access to the Olympiad platform;
• Olympiad tasks and the opportunity to complete them;
• Results of participation in the Olympiad;
• Information about scholarships and grants;
• Information about partner universities for the selected profile;
• Access to the Appeals Commission (if necessary);
• The ability to recover their password if lost.

• Participants are provided with study materials and online consultations with the Virtual Tutor.
• Up to ten training sessions are available with similar tasks and tests.
• Training session results are accompanied by comments from the Virtual Tutor.
• Upon request, the Virtual Tutor can explain any academic topic in detail and provide follow-up questions.
• The results of training sessions do not affect the final ranking.

• Conducted in person at designated venues with a proctoring system.
• Only participants who scored the passing grade at the Qualifying Stage, as determined by the Jury, are admitted.
• Dates: February 21–March 21.
• Consists of 45 tasks (15 tasks for each subject within the chosen profile).
• 90 minutes are allotted for completion.
• After the stage is completed, task reviews are published.

• Each task is scored from 1 to 4 points depending on its level of difficulty.
• Scores are automatically summed at the end of the round.
• Results are displayed in the participant’s personal account.
• Re-participation in the round is only possible in cases of technical failure and by decision of the Organizing Committee.

• Winners are participants who scored the highest points in their profile.
• Prize-winners are the next-ranking participants.
• The total number of winners and prize-winners shall not exceed 25% of all participants.
• Winners and prize-winners receive diplomas, certificates, and prizes.

• Scholarships and grants from partner universities;
• Financial support from donor organizations;
• Paid courses in foreign languages and specialized disciplines;
• Trips to international educational camps;
• Valuable prizes such as laptops, tablets, and iPads;
• Travel opportunities for the best participants.
