High school during 11 years gives you fundamental knowledge on various subjects, reveals the peculiarities of their use in life, and most importantly their role in the development of science, engineering, technology and society. At the next stage, everything you have learned at school should be transformed into professional skills. This is an extremely difficult and responsible moment - the choice of profession. In essence, you have to choose your life path. A path on which you must be able to realize yourself as a person. You will have successes and losses, achievements and failures. But, this should not stop you. With modern professional training and perseverance, you will overcome all obstacles and get significant results. And the Career Olympiads will help you in choosing a professional path and financially support you in the process of studying at the university.

The IDEA of the Olympiad

The IDEA of the Olympiad is to promote the development and strengthening of human resources potential of the Central Asia and South Caucasus region as a part of the "One Belt One Road" megaproject. This is a logistical route connecting the countries of Southeast Asia and Europe. Earlier, in the Middle Ages, it was also called the Silk Road.

The effective functioning of a logistics corridor largely depends on the availability of qualified personnel who can design and build all the necessary infrastructure and ensure its smooth and safe functioning. In turn, the creation of human resources starts from school. Therefore, our Olympiad is aimed precisely at identifying talented and gifted schoolchildren who wish to receive a university education; to assist them in making an informed choice of a specific specialty that meets the challenges of the 21st century; and to provide them with scholarships for the period of their studies.

OLYMPIAD TARGET COUNTRIES

The Olympiads are planned to be held in the countries of Central Asia and the South Caucasus - Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Russia. A representative office will be established in each of these countries to organize the Olympiads.

THE UNIQUENESS

THE UNIQUENESS of the competition lies in the fact that in the process of working on the tasks of the Olympiad, individual and group career guidance work with schoolchildren is realized, their abilities and inclinations, areas of interest are identified and diagnosed, they are introduced to new technologies in the field of industry, management, banking and financial sector, telecommunications, and other areas.

At the same time, detailed information is given about the universities that train personnel in the chosen specialties, scientific research within these universities, prospects for employment and continuing professional development.
